We run your event. You don't manage vendors. You don't approve napkin colours at midnight. You don't get a panicked call about the generator. You show up, you sit with your family, and every single thing works. That's it. That's the job.

Two venues swapped. Nobody noticed.

Day before the Mehta-Shah wedding. Temperature dropped six degrees below seasonal average. The outdoor venues for the first two functions weren't going to work. We swapped both to backup properties — different floor plans, different vendor access, different power setups. New layouts drawn by 5:30. Decor teams redirected by 5:45. Caterers rebriefed by 6. Guests arrived the next morning to venues that looked like they'd been planned for months.

The couple found out three weeks later when they saw this website.

Nirali & Parshwa

One word. An entire world.

When an old client hands you a single word as a brief, it means they trust you completely. "Banaras," Nirali said. That was it. We spent weeks studying Kashi architecture, Banarasi textile patterns, and the quality of light on the ghats at dawn. Everything we built had to earn that word.

From entrance to mandap

The transformation was total. Guests didn't walk into a banquet hall — they walked into an old city. A hand-painted Banarasi archway opened into a lane lined with brass diyas and terracotta pots. The mandap was built around a carved wooden frame, draped in silk, echoing the sanctums of Vishwanath. Not one element was from a catalogue.

Traditional down to the details

The flowers were marigold and rajnigandha — no roses, no imported blooms. The catering was Banarasi thaali. The music started with shehnai. Even the invitation had been designed like a Banarasi saree border. When the family walked in, Nirali's mother stopped at the entrance and stood in silence for a full minute.

Who you are actually hiring

Abhishek Khamar

17 years. 200+ events. 24 cities. I still personally brief every vendor and I still answer my phone at 2 AM the night before your wedding.

“I don't reuse layouts. I don't do mood boards from Pinterest. I sit with your family, I figure out what the hell your event actually needs to say, and then I build it from nothing.”

Questions families ask us.

How much does a wedding planner cost in India?

For a three to four day wedding, our planning fee ranges from ₹5 lakh to ₹25 lakh, depending on the scope of the planning and the profile of the event. That fee is separate from your total wedding budget, which depends on the venue, decor, guest count and city.

We live abroad. Can you plan our entire wedding without us being in India?

Yes. In the last three seasons we planned 31 weddings for families in Toronto, London, New Jersey, Singapore and Dubai, and most of them met their full vendor team in person only during wedding week. You get weekly video walkthroughs of every venue recce and decor trial, one shared live ledger with every rupee accounted for, and one dedicated person who knows your family from the first brief to the bidaai.

Tell us about a time something went wrong on the day. What did you do?

The day before a Udaipur wedding, the temperature dropped six degrees below seasonal average and the outdoor venues for the first two functions would not work. We moved both functions to backup properties overnight: new layouts by 5:30, decor teams redirected by 5:45, caterers rebriefed by 6. Guests arrived the next morning to venues that looked planned for months. The couple found out three weeks later, from this website.

Our venue includes a coordinator. Do we still need an independent planner?

A venue coordinator works for the venue. Their job is the property, their timelines and their preferred vendors. Our job is your event, your family and your budget. We coordinate every vendor across every venue, so nothing falls into the gap between two people who each thought the other was handling it.

Will the person pitching us be the person running our wedding?

Yes. Abhishek personally briefs every vendor on every event and stays reachable through the wedding itself. There is no handoff to a junior team after you sign. One person knows your family, answers your calls and stays with you from brief to bidaai.

Tell us what you're planning.

No pitch deck. No package menu. Just a 30-minute call where Abhishek listens to what you need and tells you honestly if we're the right fit.
