The path here
Ahmedabad. Ground level.
Local weddings. Learning how kitchens run late, why generators fail, what makes a baarat feel flat. Four years of mistakes that cost money and sleep — and taught me more than any event course could.
First Udaipur wedding. Then twenty more.
Took the first out-of-city wedding in 2013. Learned fast that destination weddings aren't just bigger — they're an entirely different discipline. Guest transfers, multi-property coordination, weather contingencies. You can't wing it at scale.
Corporate calls started coming.
Award nights, dealer meets, product launches. Then families started asking about anniversaries and birthdays. The work diversified. The core stayed: know the people first, plan the event second.
Where we are now.
A dedicated team across two countries, a vendor network built over 17 years, and zero advertising spend. Every single client has come through a referral. That's the only metric I care about.

You should never manage your own event
If the host is making decisions on the day, something has gone wrong. Our job is to make you a guest at your own celebration.

Will you personally plan my event, or hand it to a junior team after we sign?
Abhishek personally briefs every vendor on every event. The team executes, but the thinking, the vendor briefs and the final eye are his. You always know exactly who is responsible for your event.
How many events do you take on personally each year?
We take on about 15 to 17 weddings in a six-month winter season. Corporate events run all year round, so that side of the business is open 365 days.
