What does a destination wedding in Udaipur cost for 150 to 300 guests?
A destination wedding in Udaipur ranges anywhere from ₹1.5 crore to ₹10 crore. Where you land depends mainly on the property we book and the kind of decor setups you choose. Our planning fee is separate from this figure.
Do you charge a flat fee or a percentage of the total wedding budget?
We charge a flat lump-sum fee. Weddings do not work on a percentage basis, so our fee is not tied to how much you spend and does not rise as your budget does.
Will you make back your fee in vendor negotiations?
That is what we work towards. We negotiate with vendors on your behalf so that what you spend on our fee comes back to you as better output and added value across the wedding. The outcome varies from vendor to vendor, so we do not promise a fixed saving.
How many trips to India will we actually need to make?
A couple of trips in the year before the wedding are usually enough. The rest, from venue recces to decor trials, we share with you through video walkthroughs and calls.
How will you keep us updated across time zones?
Every venue recce, fabric swatch and lighting test is recorded and sent as a weekly video walkthrough, so you see what we see. One shared live planning ledger keeps every rupee, vendor payment and change order current in one document. And you have one dedicated person on calls at hours that work for your time zone.
Can you manage hotel blocks and airport transfers for 200 to 500 guests?
Yes. Guest logistics is a dedicated workstream, not an afterthought. We block rooms, run airport transfers, staff a hospitality desk through the functions, and keep a live arrival sheet so no guest is ever wondering where to go.
Udaipur or Jaipur, which fits our guest count and budget better?
Both have their own beauty. Udaipur is serene and at its best in winter, and it is well connected by road for families travelling from across Gujarat. Jaipur has more flight connections and a wider choice of resorts and properties.
