Shivam Patel's family wanted absolutely larger than life. Not a phrase we take lightly. What followed was a week of celebrations — different themes, different moods, different designers every day — and a wedding that this city still talks about.
A brief that rewrites the rules
"Larger than life" — that was the directive. Shivam is an old client, and when the Patel family says something, they mean it. We sat together and mapped out what a full week of celebrations actually looks like: sangeet, mehndi, garba nights, reception, pheras, and a dozen events in between, each with its own identity, its own mood, its own design language.
Every event, its own universe
We commissioned designers from Delhi for specific events. No element was repeated across the week — not a floral arrangement, not a colour palette, not a motif. Guests who attended multiple events never felt like they were at the same wedding twice. That kind of design discipline at that scale takes months of planning and a team that has never once used a template.
The scale behind the scenes
Managing 1200+ guests across a week of events means logistics that most planners don't want to think about: staggered invitations, different guest lists per event, independent vendor teams that don't conflict, a production schedule that ran to 400 line items. Shivam's family never saw any of it. They saw what we wanted them to see: perfection.
